My lips get these weird bumps on them during the Winter and summer time?

I've had this for a while and it's really starting to make me wonder. I get bumps all over my lips and they burn, like they get hot and so far the only thing that helps get rid of them is Chapstick mousterizer but it takes a week for them to leave, I was thinking that it could be hives or something but I'm not sure. So if you know what it is any help would be helpful, and they are just on my lips not around my mouth or the inside of my mouth.My lips get these weird bumps on them during the Winter and summer time?
Try using blistex chapstick. Not sure if you have tried before but I use it and don't have many problems with my lips. And when I do the chapstick gets rid of it within a day or so.

Have you recently gone to the dentist, or been exposed to latex gloves,condoms etc?? Similar situation has happened to me and after further testing it was determined to be a latex allergy...
Sounds like you got cold sores. Google cold sores aka herpes and see if that fits your symptoms.
