What can I do to help my lips from peeling?

My lips get like small dry patches near my mouth almost where my lips touch. The patches start to peel and when I peel it off its very painful. How can I stop this?What can I do to help my lips from peeling?
Use Vaseline Lip Therapy


It's very cheap, and heals your lips quickly.


Drink a lot of water


Apply sunscreen to your lip area


Don't force it to peel, it will become worse

Get yourself a jar of petroleum jelly, otherwise known by the brand name of Vaseline. Dollar store or other store brand will work just fine. I have been using the Dollar store brand petroleum jelly on my lips for years. Started using it when lipstick started breaking my lips out. One time had a lady ask me what color lipstick I had on, and all I had on was my pet. jelly! Works great!



i still have a problem with this some time i usually go all crazy and like sit in front of the tv and just keep putting on chapstick
start putting vaseline on whenever you get the change. it's better than chapsticks and lip balms and what not.
Use a lipbalm with spf 30, and stop picking at your lips.
Chap stick and do not pick at your lips.
Use chapstick, lip balm, and gloss to moisturize your lips.
use chapstick at night when you go to bed.


use vaseline.. it helps alot..
