How would you teach yourself to read lips?

I have asked somthing like this before, but never really got the answers I wanted .





Without joining a class,buying anything or hiring anyone or without other people. How would you teach yourself to read lips? How long would you practice daily?How would you teach yourself to read lips?
It's weird staring at people's mouths - so you could try watching high-quality movies where you can see lip-voice sync and test yourself.How would you teach yourself to read lips?
i did by watchen people talk .i hear what they say but watch there lips.then mute the tv and watch then and read after time you will learn.good luck
LOOK AT PEOPLE FROM FAR AWAY AND TRY TO READ WHAT THEY ARE SAYING! THATS WAT I DO AND I CAN READ EM!
well just ALWAYS look at people's lips when they're talking to you. That would work for sure.
