use lighter shades ,but whichever shade you choose go outside

you can buy lip plumpers at stores like sephora. i dont know if they work though but they're supposed to make your lips look fuller
use a lipgloss that makes your lips look fuller! like lindsay lohan! u cant be that stupid!
put black lipliner or u just wernt ment to be with lips that huge
