Is there any treatment to get rid of or lighten burn marks on my lips?

A few weeks back I quit smoking after 8 years, now I notice that I have a few small circular burn marks on my lips, even though you have to get close to see them, I would like to get rid of or at least lighten them out. I was hoping there was a special ointment for this. Thank you in advance for your educated response.Is there any treatment to get rid of or lighten burn marks on my lips?

You can start by using lip gloss. I don't really use them but they sure do work. They make your lips tasty and shiny for kissing. hehe
