How to get plumper looking lips without buying anything?

I have really thin lips and on top of it my mouth is small. How can i make my lips look more plump w/o buying anything?? I kinda want them to look a little like Jennifer GarnersHow to get plumper looking lips without buying anything?
You can make a paste using cayenne pepper and water. Rub this on your lips and leave on for about 10 minutes then rinse off. Try not to ingest any though because it is really hot.





You can also do the same using cinnamon.
