i have dry lips and it has this gross red outline around my lips


how do i get rid of it FAST?

for your lips, use a gentle facial scrub like st. Ives apricot scrub. Gentle message over lips. Rinse, pat dry. Apply chap-stick liberally for the rest of today, and tonight smooth a heavy coat of neosporin or vasaline over your lips and just outside your lips concentrating on the lip line. Sleep with it. In the morning, if it's still super red do more neosporin and just keep applying the chapstick.How do i get rid of the red outline around my lips fast?

I don't know about fast, but you could try neosporin. It will help heal the chapped skin. Just try not to ingest it.
