What is so bad about kissing your family members on the lips?

I'm not talking about a french kiss because yeah than that would be gross. I'm only talking about a small peck, you know like when you greet somebody and give them a hug and a kiss? Well when I greet my family, I hug and give them a small kiss on the lips. I do it to my brothers, sisters, and parents. When like other people see me do it though, they make fun of me. They say stupid stuff like I'm trying to make out with my brother and other stupid crap like that. I mean I thought a greeting kiss was normal, why am I being made fun of when I do it?What is so bad about kissing your family members on the lips?
It depends in your culture. People would lift a brow whenI did the same thing with my family, don't feel bad. Be happy that you and your family have a secure enviornment. They are just jealous. If you want to avoid the bullies and there hurt ful ways, I say kiss on the cheek when in public, every where else ';Give them some sugar!';





Remember, some kids don't even know what it feels like to be held by there parents.... What is so bad about kissing your family members on the lips?
Most people see a kiss on the lips more personal instead of on the cheek.





Now, it is most deff not wrong to kiss family on the lips [if it was a peck]. I do it to my lil sister all the time.





Basically, just ignore what they say. Some people just don't get it :]
A lot of people kiss their family this way. Let them make fun and just ignore them. When they think they get to you they keep it up. lf you act like you don't care what they say it will no longer be fun to them.
I see nothing wrong with it. My friends wife does this with me and her brothers, lol. People get so uptight over the littlest of things these days.
