What is that white bumps on the corner of my lips?

They look white with pores on the bumps. I dont know if its a cold sore or something else. I tried to put medication on it and it didnt go away. It hurts when I open my mouth.

ok hey dont freak, it is probaly just some pores that are clogged try washing your face with face wash, dont try to pop it, if it is gone by tomarrow then cool if it isnt apply some more med andif it isnt gone like in 3 days i would get worried lol good luck
