I woke up this morning with really sore but little cracks at the corner of my lips. someone once told me this is a vitamin deficiency but I'm not so sure. I had a huge and very confrontational argument with someone last night and thought this might have something to do with it- like a stress related thing? Any ideas people? What does it mean when the corner of your lips crack?
You actually need to increase your vitamin C intake. What does it mean when the corner of your lips crack?
it may be triggered by stress, but moreso it's an iron deficiency - also if you're eating alot of salty stuff, that's a killer too.
most likely you are dehydrated and just need to drink more water. try adding to your fluids change of weather will cause this as well
use carmex or vasaline, they;re just dry!
Use Chapstick regularly!
You may also be dehydrated--drink some water. Or did you eat salty or acidic foods the day before? In either case, it won't hurt you to drink some water and moisturize those lips, with Vitamin E maybe, and lay off the salty foods for a bit until they heal.
usually vitamin defficancy, take a supplement plus iron
Moisturize.
It is a Vitamin shortage. Usually vitamin D. Eat dark green vegetables and take multiple vitamins.
WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. If we don't eat healthy,
we won't be healthy.
sounds to me that you need to put chapstick on and stay out of the dryness. This time of year could do that to you. I know that my skin is chapped because of my fire stove. I would just get a good chapstick
